Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order information and a photo of the item so we can make it right.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Between Us Studio currently ships within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information.
